These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DriftLine, a Shopify application provided by ShopSignal ("we", "our", or "us"). By installing or using DriftLine, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

DriftLine is a fulfillment SLA monitoring application that helps Shopify merchants track delivery performance, detect fulfillment drift, and receive alerts when shipping performance degrades. The service analyzes order and fulfillment data from your Shopify store to provide insights and metrics.

2. Account Requirements

To use DriftLine, you must:

• Have an active Shopify store.
• Install the app through the Shopify App Store or our website.
• Grant the necessary permissions for the app to access order and fulfillment data.
• Maintain accurate contact information.

3. Subscription and Billing

DriftLine offers multiple subscription tiers billed monthly through Shopify's billing system:

• Monitor: $79/month
• Detect: $199/month
• Prevent: $399/month

All plans include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time through your Shopify admin. Refunds are handled according to Shopify's app billing policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our software.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.
• Use automated means to access the service beyond normal app operation.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of DriftLine is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

DriftLine and all related software, designs, and content are owned by ShopSignal and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for your business purposes while your subscription is active.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• DriftLine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on data provided by the service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShopSignal and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may uninstall the app through your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Delaware.
